- Booking
Bookings may only be accepted on Serac
official booking form, completion of which is deemed to
confirm the Client's acceptance of these conditions.
Early booking on all dates is essential.
- Insurance
You must posses a Valid Travel Insurance Policy
- Cancellation
By us, Serac Outdoor Sports:
in the unlikely event that we cancel your holiday you will
be offered alternative dates and if that is unacceptable
you will be given a full refund within 14 days. We reserve
the right to remove any client from any holiday or course
where they put staff or other clients at any risk or threat
in any form, by their action be it verbal or physical aggression
or any form of abusive behaviour.
By you, the Client:
cancellation must be notified in writing and sent to the
office by recorded delivery. The following cancellation
charges will apply:
- 12 weeks prior to the holiday start 90% refund
- 10 weeks 70% refund
- 9 weeks 60% refund
- 6 weeks 50% refund
- 4 weeks 25% refund
- 2 weeks or less 0% refund

- Prices and Payment
The prices quoted are correct at the time of going to press
and are valid until December 2004. We require a deposit
of 30% of your holiday / course fee to be sent with your
booking, the balance to be paid 12 weeks before your holiday
begins.
- Tours
Serac will endeavour to run all tours as outlined but we
reserve the right to change itineraries due to adverse weather
and the safety of our clients. Serac cannot be held responsible
for the curtailment due to force majeur etc.
- Physical Fitness
Clients are expected to be in a reasonable state of health
prior to arrival on their holiday. None of our walking holidays
are an endurance test, they are suitable for all but the
most sedentary people. You are here for a fun time, not
a hard time.
- Children
Small people are welcome on our holidays though due to the
nature of our tours I.e. mountains, hills etc they may be
unsuitable for the very young. Please phone to discuss your
requirements and for the discounted nominal prices for the
under 12s.
- Complaints
If for any reason you have a complaint please bring it to
our attention so that something can be done as soon as possible
so it can be rectified to your satisfaction. And if you
want to praise us, tell us and everyone else!
